General terms
You may return products you purchased and request either their change with another product or products or a refund within a maximum time period of five(5)) calendar days from the day following their receipt. No right for a refund or change exists once the abovementioned period has expired.
The return of the products is carried out at your own risk, using a courier cooperating with our Company and you are not burdened with transport and insurance costs. Επιβάρυνση εξόδων αποστολής.To qualify for the return or replacement of a product, the following conditions must cumulatively be met:
- Το προϊόν να βρίσκεται στην αρχική του κατάσταση, άθικτο και αχρησιμοποίητο σφραγισμένο μέσα στη συσκευασία, χωρίς να έχει αφαιρεθεί το καρτελάκι του.
- To have been received, checked and approved by the Company.
- To be necessarily accompanied with the original receipt and/or the gift receipt that accompanies it, showing the code of the item and the date of purchase.
Returns of products on offer, seasonal items (Charms, Easter items, etc.) and customized products will not be accepted.
Purchases made as gifts can be exchanged with other products and will not be refunded in cash.
In case you ask for a change of a product and the product to be changed is of a lower value than the one of the original order, the monetary difference will not refunded but will be credited to your name for future purchases.
Return Procedure
The product return procedure is simple and is carried out as follows:
Within the above mentioned time period, you should inform the Company by email at info@antoniadi.gr , indicating your full name and your order number, of the reasons for which you wish to return the product as well as whether you wish to replace it or be refunded. Upon receipt of the product from the Company, a detailed inspection will be carried out and, if no problems are found regarding its condition, packaging or documents, you will be refunded the price you have paid. Shipping costs are not refundable. The way your money will be refunded depends on the payment method you have selected. I. The refund will take place within fourteen (14) business days from the day following the receipt of your request for return of the product or products. If there is a request to change your product, the new product will be sent to you. Changing products you have already changed is not allowed.
